Any personalized products can take up to 6-8 weeks longer to ship as Marie is very busy writing, touring, writing, family, writing, etc…
Non-personalized orders will be processed and shipped once a week. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. This applies to all products that do not require personalization.
We only ship to countries that we know have reliable postal systems. If your country does not, please send me an email.
International orders have a shipping schedule all their own. Please allow at least six weeks from the time it was shipped before requesting a replacement or refund. All of our international orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx so a tracking number will be provided. We are not responsible for extra fees and/or taxes that your country may incur on your package.
